When is an order confirmed?
An order is confirmed once the customer has approved the item, agreed to the quoted price and completed the required payment.
What if you cannot find my requested item?
We'll let you know. If we are unable to fulfil a paid request because the requested item cannot be sourced, the amount paid for that unfulfilled request will be refunded.
What information should I provide?
A reference image or description, size, colour, budget, quantity, location and preferred brand where relevant.
What about customer mistakes?
Please review your size, colour, quantity, address and other order details before confirming. Customer-generated errors may not qualify for a refund.
How are prices determined?
Each request is individually quoted based on the requested item, availability, sourcing conditions and, where applicable, delivery costs. Pricing is confirmed before you proceed.
